Welcome to the Town of Crawford
Welcome to the new Town of Crawford website. We are all very happy to be able to offer our residents and visitors an internet connection designed to be informative and helpful. We hope that our website will make interaction with Town government more accessible.

Each month we have Town Board Meetings that the public is encouraged to attend. They are scheduled at 7:00pm on the third Thursday of every month. These meetings provide residents the forum to hear and speak. The Town Board solicits your ideas and concerns.

Our Town has not been immune to the economic downturn and we have made plans to promote our local business owners with more events and other activity. I am currently working on our 2012 budget and my hope is to keep taxes as low as possible while maintaining most services to our residents. The unfunded mandates from the state and federal governments continue as witnessed to a proposed 30% increase in our retirement bill from the state and proposed double digit increases in medical and workman’s compensation bills. My number one priority has been and continues to be correcting these unfair costs on a state and federal level because we have little or no control over them on a local level.
